Safety is a primary concern of P&M Concrete & Earthmoving. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for employees, suppliers, contractors, customers and visitors. As part of this commitment we aim to ensure that the companies operations do not place the local community at risk of injury, illness or property damage. 

The company will seek to achieve this by:

• Identifying and reducing the risks of all types of work activities that have the potential to produce personal injury or occupational illness;

• Providing instruction, training and supervision to improve individual's understanding of work site hazards;

• Involving individuals in occupational health and safety matters and consulting with them on ways to recognise, evaluate and control work site hazards;

• Ensuring that everyone (including sub-contractors and visitors) complies with appropriate standards and workplace directions to protect their own and others safety and health at work.

The ultimate result of any project is that each worker goes home in the same condition in which he or she arrived on site.
